Addison Group Recruiter Interview Questions

So where should you focus your efforts? Glassdoor spoke to Candace Bracher, a recruiting manager for the Information Technology division at staffing agency Addison Group. Bracher has spoken to thousands of candidates throughout her career, and identified three questions as the ones that candidates most frequently flub.

During the interview, you will be asked difficult questions that are designed to see how you will react under pressure and unfamiliar territory. There are no textbook answers to these questions. Interviewers ask different questions and look for different responses. However, by being familiar with the types of questions you may be asked, you will give yourself the opportunity to answer these questions comfortably and confidently. This question is a common one in interviews, and it’s often asked to see if you have career goals. It can also be used to determine whether or not the company will be able to help you achieve those goals. When answering this question, make sure that your answer shows that you are ambitious and willing to work hard for success.

I’m interested in working for Addison Group because I want to help companies find the best talent for their needs. I’m also drawn to the company’s commitment to its employees’ professional development.

Example: “I think my communication skills would be very beneficial in this role. I am an excellent communicator who can write clearly and concisely. I also believe my attention to detail will help me succeed in this role as well. I am always looking for ways to improve myself and my work, so I am confident that I could learn any new processes or procedures quickly.”

Example: “Yes, I am very comfortable managing multiple candidates at one time. In my previous role as a recruiter, I worked with up to five candidates at once. I would meet with each candidate individually to discuss their qualifications and how they could fit into the company’s culture. Then, I would bring all of them together for group interviews so the hiring manager could see how they interacted with others.”

Example: “The last time I had to work under pressure was during my internship at Addison Group. My manager asked me to find five candidates for a position that needed to be filled immediately. I knew finding five qualified candidates would be challenging, but I accepted the challenge and began searching for potential employees. After contacting several companies and speaking with many professionals, I found five great candidates who met the qualifications.”
