When you go on an adventure with G Adventures, you can be sure that you are in good hands. The company has been a world leader and innovator in sustainable adventure travel since 1990, and they are always looking for new ways to improve the experience for their customers.

If you are lucky enough to get an interview with G Adventures, you can expect to be asked some specific questions about your adventure travel experience and what you know about the company. Here are some sample questions and answers to help you prepare for your interview.

The interview process at G Adventures is quite lengthy, and can take up to a month to complete. It consists of five steps: a video interview, an in-person interview, a second in-person interview, a culture fit interview, and finally, a reference check.

The first step is a video interview, which is conducted using the HireVu platform. This interview consists of five questions, and you are given 30 seconds to prepare your answer before recording begins.

The second step is an in-person interview with your potential supervisor. This interview is more traditional, and focuses on your experience and qualifications for the role.

The third step is another in-person interview, this time with members of the team you would be working with. This interview is more focused on your ability to work well within a team.

The fourth step is the culture fit interview, which is conducted by employees from other departments. This interview is designed to assess whether or not you would be a good fit for the company culture.

The final step is a reference check, where your references will be contacted to confirm your qualifications and character.

Once we receive your resume, we will email qualified candidates a link to our staff application. After we have received your completed application, we can begin our thorough interview process, which includes three interviews with directors to ensure that we are a good match for each other. We will also check three to four professional references and perform a full background check.

Spontaneity will still arise as part of the adventure but not without your asthma medication, leech-proof socks, and rain poncho. Be prepared.

Get a job leading sightseeing tours or doing manual labor in a place you love and work for the weekend. Many agricultural areas will hire seasonal labor, picking fruit, pruning grape vines, or doing other outdoor work. It can be challenging and low-paying, but if it allows you to move around, pack up, and leave on a regular basis, it may satisfy those adventurers with wanderlust.

I would raise the age limit so that everyone could enjoy the trip.”
