Associate Project/Component Engineer interviews will typically begin with a call from the engineering manager for the position’s location, to schedule a video interview. It is suggested that candidates prepare a presentation for the interview. The actual interview will be one-on-one with the engineering manager, and will be fairly laid back, but personal and thorough. The interviewer will first describe the company and location/position in detail, before walking the candidate through their resume in detail and asking behavioral questions throughout. There should be plenty of opportunity for the candidate to ask their own questions about the company, etc. at the end of the call.
