Assistant Manager Interview Questions Boots

Example: “I think the most important quality for a successful pharmacist is accuracy. Pharmacists must be able to accurately read prescriptions and enter them into the computer system so they’re ready for the technicians to fill. They also need to ensure all products are labeled correctly and stored properly so customers can safely use them.”

Example: “When I was working as an assistant manager at my previous job, we had a customer who would come into our store every day and buy one of everything in stock. We were running out of inventory because of her purchases, so I called her and asked if she could please only purchase two items per visit. She refused, saying it was her right to shop however she wanted. So, I offered to give her a discount on all of her future purchases if she limited herself to two items per visit.”

This question is a great way for employers to learn more about your interest in the company and how you can contribute to its success. When preparing an answer, it’s important to highlight what attracted you to this specific job opening. You may also want to mention any personal experiences with the company that have inspired you to work there.

Example: “If a customer was unhappy with their purchase, I would first apologize for their inconvenience and then offer them a refund or exchange. If it’s within 30 days of their purchase, I would also give them store credit so they could make another purchase. I would try my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible so that the customer is happy and feels comfortable returning to Boots in the future.”

Example: “I am very aware of my surroundings when I’m working with patients. If a customer asks me a question about their prescription or if they have any concerns, I always double-check that I’ve filled it correctly before handing it over. I also make sure to check all orders against the computer system’s records.”

The purpose of this page is to help you prepare for your job interview. We do this by creating interview questions that we think you might be asked. We hire professional interviewers (people with multiple years of experience interviewing candidates) to help us create our interview questions and write answer examples. We do not have advertisements on our pages but we do try to make money through paid-memberships.

Many jobs require some intermediate to heavy lifting. At Boots there will be new stock coming in all the time; some light and some heavy. Assure the interviewer that you are physically capable of assisting with the receiving of stock. If you do have limitations, this is the time to disclose them. You do not need to get overly personal with health issues, but you do need to be upfront and honest. Focus on what you CAN do versus what you cannot.

Our interview questions and answers do not represent any organization, school, or company on our site. Interview questions and answer examples and any other content may be used else where on the site. We do not claim our questions will be asked in any interview you may have. Our goal is to create interview questions and answers that will best prepare you for your interview, and that means we do not want you to memorize our answers. You must create your own answers, and be prepared for any interview question in any interview.

Please note these are practice interview questions and we are not affiliated with the company mentioned in this post.

What you want to do is reread the job description and find the skills they are looking for and reassure the interviewer that not only do you have those skills but you are passionate about using them. For example, suppose you are in a Boots Customer Assistant Interview. The job description states
